BBC to launch Internet TV in the fall

The BBC has announced a fall (autumn) launch for its new internet TV and on-demand service.

The service, to be called MyBBCPlayer, it will see the BBC simulcast its free to air channels live on TV and the internet for the first time.

The new service will include an Integrated Media Player, or iMP, however it will be available to UK residents.
